East Division

The East Division encompasses portions of Council Districts 11, 8, and all of District 5. On the west side of the division is George District; where you’ll find a diverse group of neighborhoods to include Poly, Stop Six, West Meadowbrook, Echo Heights, Glencrest Civic League, Carver Heights, and others. Henry District is also home to a number of diverse and thriving neighborhoods on the east side of the division; including Central Meadowbrook, Eastern Hills, White Lake Hills, Woodhaven, Ryanwood, Handley, Bentley Village, the River Trails communities, and many more. Regardless of the neighborhood you choose to visit or call home, you’ll find a passionate group of homeowners who are committed to working hand-in-hand with the police department to improve their communities.

Stretching from Mansfield Hwy to the airport, the East Division is full of history and opportunity, no matter which route you take to get there. With Texas Wesleyan University, the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute, American Airlines Corporation, and Bell Helicopter all within its borders, the East Division is not only a great place to expand your education, but also to live and work.
