Assistant Chief Chris Daniels

Assistant Chief Chris Daniels began his career with the Fort Worth Police Department in 2005 and currently oversees the Special Operations and Investigations Bureau. Over the years, he has served in various roles, including positions in Crimes Against Children, Major Case, Gang Unit, Hostage Negotiation, Internal Affairs, Public Information Officer, Chief of Staff, Commander of the Central Patrol Division, and Deputy Chief over Tactical and Operational Commands.  He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a bachelor's degree from Tarleton State University, a Master's certificate in Public Safety from the University of Virginia, a Master Peace Officer certification, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
